Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer.
Custom orders that have already entered the production phase, except in cases of defects or errors on our part.
Shipping Costs
For approved refunds due to defects or errors, Printon India Private Limited will cover any associated shipping costs.
For other refund requests, shipping charges may be deducted, depending on the circumstances.
